Breathe

I need to take pause
To make time, breathe consciously
To participate

And to be willing
As I am able to be
To accept my life

All I Cannot change
So too all that I can change
And all that will change

Such is the constant
The impermanence of all
The eternal dance

Day so into night
Youth so turned and lost to age
Life so made in death
